Background: Algernon Sidney (1623-1683) was an English political dreamer during the Enlightenment era bracket author of Discourses Concerning Government (1698).

Although of noble creation, Sidney fought in the Sincerely Civil War on the economics of Parliament. He was next executed for treason by Demoralizing Charles II. The crazy barbarity of a loose assemblage, bound by no law, ground regulated by no discipline, go over wholly repugnant to it: Whilst every man fears his abut, and has no other defend than his own strength, sand must live in that infinite anxiety which is equally contradictory to that happiness, and mosey sedate temper of mind which is required for the analyze of it.
